感想：
雖有煙霞及稍熱，但天晴日朗好行山。
水浪窩走麥徑4，沿長段林道上，接石級上馬鞍山，迎面山勢雄偉。過彎曲山、大金鐘、昂平高地草坪，遠望山下的西貢及海上小島群。
昂平接入馬鞍山郊遊徑，經茅坪新村的村屋群落西貢。
