感想：
天氣仍悶熱灰濛，輕鬆些行長洲。
上半場北行步道往北眺亭及東灣仔、較少人到的小沙灘。北眺亭遠眺東灣泳灘、長洲“啞鈴”島般民居市集風景。
中段在頗熱鬧的碼頭大街吃海鮮套餐，價錢抵食，放縱吓啦！
下半場往南行。東灣沙灘弄潮熱鬧。步過香港奥運首金的滑浪風帆孕育地觀音灣泳灘。沿“小長城”步道看海岸風景、奇石。
返碼頭回中環。
